Question MSI B85-G41 PC-Mate(MS-7850) ram sticks

I just got a quick question. Is it possible with to use two 4GB and one 8GB ram sticks with the above mentioned motherboard and what would be the process of installing them if it works?

It should work with sticks installed in the blue and black slots (not in dual channel).
