I just recently built my PC and normally installed windows. During the process, I thought that it's just normal that the boot logo of MSI is enlarged and pixelated. But even after installing all necessary drivers for the motherboard and GPU, it still remains the same. What's more is in the MSI BIOS Setup, almost all characters are on front of each other and after a few clicks, it just crashes so force shutdown. It's as if something is corrupted but Im not sure. Moreover, my PC sometimes boots to a black screen after the MSI Logo.

Asus 1660Ti PH 6GB OC
HyperX 2x16GB
2TB Seagate HDD
500GB WD Blue NVMe
Thermaltake 700W Bronze

PS. I am using HDMI

Update, I've read about updating BIOS. Is it really okay? Im not really sure what the problem of my PC is about so I cannot search and be sure of whether the updates have a fix for my problem.

Not an answer but I have just got the same issue on my z270 gaming m5 motherboard. I have cleared cmos and even replaced the cmos battery, updated bios to the latest one using USB (it actually already had latest one). Basically the post stops after bios. The igpu does not produce any output on the monitor and Nvidia card does and it looks exactly like yours.
