MSI bios update? NTFS or FAT32?

I  use win7 32bit. When updating my bios should I set the bootable usb to NTFS or FAT32 ? my board is MSI G41M-P23

Most USB sticks are less than 128 GBs, so FAT 32 works quite well, but you can use whichever you want to..
