fan speed cooler boost:
cpu:57´c
gpu:37´c

slow internet still waiting for games to download.. but isnt this high temps ? i got 15 tabs open in chrome.. downloading with battle.net.. already updated bios and installed all drivers..

just want to know if i got a faulty machine or its normal.. il post further detail when i get some game going..

40 - 50 Celsius on idle, and upwards of 80 - 90 during heavy use. This is for the CPU. Your GPU should run slightly cooler, probably in the 80 - 85 Celsius range during gaming.

But these are really broad brushed estimates. Temps vary by environment, ambient temperature, silicon lottery, thermal paste, applications, etc.

You might be able to bring temps down with a cooling pad, different thermal paste, and/or undervolting.

after reinstalling drivers for nvidia... i get less fps on overwatch.... idno.. i should be getting 200+ on low right ?

I'm not sure how many FPS the 2070 squeezes out on Overwatch, but it should be able to run it on high/max settings no problem at high frame rates.

Try updating the NVidia driver from NVidia's site (if you didn't do that when you reinstalled) and uninstall GeForce Experience. Make sure you're getting the "Game Ready Driver."

well i got better fps. on overwatch low settings btw.. im talking about practice map.. i get 170 too 200.. but in competitive on low im getting less then 130.. not overheating.. i thought this laptop was better then this. ive read and seen that single channel ram is not good. i can also return it and get this:
https://www.pccomponentes.com/msi-g...intel-core-i7-9750h-32gb-1tb-ssd-rtx-2070-173

i think its more to do with the ram and core.. then it is the gpu.. because when i set settings to max... im getting around 100.. i can also get this:
https://www.pccomponentes.com/msi-g...core-i7-8750h-16gb-512gb-ssd-1tb-rtx-2080-173

what do you think ?

i have this one now:

okay i have installed new bios. reformated 2 times. after formating the second time. i got overwatch on low to 190 fps on low in training. (lower then expected) now i installed windows update and some other programs. from msi... and i get on training 100 fps... way too low... i have this laptop:
https://www.pccomponentes.com/msi-g...core-i7-8750h-16gb-512gb-ssd-1tb-rtx-2070-173

is this normal or should i get this 2080:
https://www.pccomponentes.com/msi-g...core-i7-8750h-16gb-512gb-ssd-1tb-rtx-2080-173

or should i get the same gpu and a dual channel 32 gb and 9750h processor:
