I will need CPU power, I don´t know which CPU is better i7 11800H or Ryzen 9 5900HX? Also I don´t know the differences between each hard drive, and I would like to know which laptop has best cooling system.

A bit late with the answer but ill say it anyway xP

Intel i7 11800h is better
Hard drive is the same
Both have bad cooling but asus is slightly better and the amd is less hot in general

What do you need the cpu for?
Both are very high end
