MSI GS73 17 inch - 1080p vs 2160p ??

I want to buy a high performance laptop, and when I searched and filtered in newegg.com for the specs I want, I found the following:

for 17 inch laptop, is there big difference between 1080p and 2160p resolution ??

yes there is.

Go for the 4k display, you will have a much cleaner display with the ability to get more windows on the screen.

the 1080p display will have 1920x1080 pixel resolution, on a 17"monitor this will be unpleasant to work with.

The other option will be 4k ie 3840x2160. In other words you get 4 times the HD screen to work with.

On a 17" monitor it means you will have crisp letters.

Not sure if you will be able to game at 4k resolution.

Best bet is to go into a shop and look at a 4K monitor vs a Full HD monitor to get an idea of what it would be like.
