I’m going to buy Msi gtx 1070 Armor OC 8GB from ebay used for 1 year for 191 $ and the seller send me this benchmark
Is it a good card or has it been heavily used?

Amd Ryzen 3 2200G
Adata xpg 8 gb 2400mhz
Gigabyte B450m ds3h
Ssd 500 gb
Spirit of gamer 650w semi modular 80+ bronze

Which benchmark ? I don't see any posted in your comment. Do not buy used cards though, as there is always some risk factor involved. Your CPU might create a bottleneck though. And RYZEN CPUs require higher frequency RAM modules.

your cpu is going to be a huge bottleneck for the 1070. if u want keep ryzen u should get 2600 or 2600x.
also need to get at least 3000 ram since ryzen doesnt work well with low frequency RAMs
