I've seen reviews that tell that it have a bad cooler is it that true?

well im using it, temepratures under full load doesnt go over 80 degrees with power limit set to 133 (using bios from gaming X which has higher TDP limit)

here u can see how it runs
with stock factory settings, gpu would be a little bit cooler
