i have i7 4790 non k
and 16 gb ram
and 650 watt corsair psu

also who have better driver and no noise ???

I would tend to lean toward the AMD card for it memory and bandwidth 2gb cards may not be enough and vendors were going to stop making the 2gb 960 cards at one time as well??

I got amd and NVidia cards and drivers I see about the same to me some work great some may not .

noise ? depends on the card and all that's a luck of the draw and personal preference thing with any card

380x is a better card but I'd try to get the new RX 480 for $200 if i was you.
