[citation][nom]srgess[/nom]How much watt this consume ? Ive see benchmark of the Sandy 2500 using 33Watt idle and 100Watt full prime load. To be honest i rather get a a 2500 and have million time the power processing then this piece of shit.[/citation]That piece of shit you're talking about has an equal graphic performance than even the new Sandy Bridge lineup at A LOT lower price and A LOT lower power consumption... Definitely the Atom killer, yet absolutely inferior to Sandy Bridge in almost every aspect, especially price. Since inferior means lower (kinda), so I think in this case it's a good thing...

Well i don't care about your amd fanbois, sandy is about 70 watt more of usage for like thousand time more powerfull. We still don't know how much it cost so stfu. If you like atom notebook, u mean as well get a tablet. Atom dont have a place in real life unless you are stupid. Sandy dont mean to get powerful cpu/gpu rotsae, H67 have inboard video, and encode h.264 faster then a gtx 580. So i don't know really why you wouldn't pay a LITTLE extra box for something that consume a LITTLE more power for something REALLY more powerful. I guess you guys dont have job or still in high school.

A thousand times? my my, look who's talking: an elementary school graduate with bad math and grammar...

You must be real pissed off being cornered like that by so many people... I pity you with your narrow perspective and shallow knowledge :pfff:

For something that costs about 3-4 times more than this, and has a power consumption of 4 times more. Your definition of "little more" seems to be a bit off srgess.

Srgess, these Zacate Fusion APUs are meant for Nettops, HTPCs, budget computers and ultrathin notebooks (HP dm1z for example). Sandy Bridge chips are not meant for these tasks because they are:
1) overkill for HTPCs, both performance and $
2) too power hungry for Nettops'and ultraportable form factors
3) too expensive for Budget builds

Sandy bridge based computers are for the high performance and mainstream markets. Zacate Fusion APUs are way too low performance for the high performance markets and might give unsatisfactory performance for the mainsteam market.

These fusion boards will be just a little over 100$, sandy bridge is 280$ for CPU+Mobo at the very cheapest, so your paying triple for the extra perfromance. If you are even considering the fusion APU, you won't need the extra CPU horsepower in sandy bridge and would be better off saving the money or getting a SSD boot drive to make the system more snappy.

Does that make sense too you?

@frostyfireball: By saying people jobless or in high school, I don't think he'll understand your detailed explanation. 😛

Ignorance ridiculously knows no limit indeed...

I had to edit my post, since it might offend some SMART kids/youngster...

Good point, great now I'll get called an ignorant kid for not agreeing with him :/

Where is your source that Fusion boards will be at little over 100$ and where is your source for being less then 3 time power hungry then a sandy 2400. Sandy Mobile bench are link now 60 watt transcoding 700mb hd video into ipad in 40Sec using only 60watt. I don't know for you but my htpc do video encoding so yes i consider the power usage and little priced a benefit overall for what it does price/performance. So you amd fanboi maybe want to shut it a little until we see the bench yet for this fusion years of talking and waiting speculation piece of crap failure.

You know what, sgess? Your ignorance and shallowness are getting too annoying. Calling people who's interested in a low power and low price product as fan boys. If that's the case, then every low to middle class society are fan boys of small houses. :pfff:

If Intel releases this kind of product, the reaction will be the same anyway. Look at the positive response for the ION-Atom combination. Hell, if VIA releases a better product, then the compliments will be in their favor as well.

About the bench, at least check before you diss a product:

Surprise, surprise. Whaddaya kno'... It's already out... So come out of that little turtle shell of yours and start reading.

I really don't like the "shut the f*** up" and "piece of ***" term... Only people with low intelligence use them in a forum post. Fan boy or not, you're simply too retarded to talk around and telling people to STFU...

Which reminds me of an Intel fan boy in this forum. The BIG difference is: he's A LOT smarter than you. Just as annoying, but a lot smarter.
