Question MSi MAG Tomohawk B550 - VGA led and no fans spinning

After turning on the PC, no fans are spinning (all of them are definitely connected) and the red CPU debug lights up. after about 5-10 seconds the VGA debug lights up. After the VGA lighted up it stays this way until I turn of the PC. When connecting to a Monitor it doesn't even recognize the channel (tried on 3 different monitors with either DisplayPort or HDMI). What should I try now to solve this ? The CPU seems perfectly fine (no bent pins) and all PCIe receptors on the GPU are fine. Also tried with another good GPU

Ryzen 9 5900x
MSi MAG Tomohawk B550 with updated BIOS
RTX 3070
850W PSU

I have another psu to check with. Not a GPU different then 3070.
Is it normal that the cpu fan is not spinning when the diagnotics are running?

could check for bend pin.
a modular psu. did you check both end of the cable?

There is no bend pin on the CPU. The CPU led als goes off so i think there is no problem with it.
What do you mean by check both end of the cable? Continuity?

Cpu cable is in top row second from left.
1 thing i dont have any M2 or ssd connected to the motherboard. Is this a problem?

you should have cpu and pcie and motherboard cable.
