Question MSI Motherboard makes constant short beeping noise

I replaced my PSU. Now when I turn it on, the screen wont turn on and my MOBO gives a constant beeping noise. My MOBO is a MSI 970A-G5. It has an AMI BIOS.

And the documentation here mentioned a continious short beep. I counted it, it goes over 30, so im gonma guess its infinite. I thought it was a DRAM failure so I tried reseating my ram but it didnt work

What do you mean by that? I habe two ram sticks. So taking one ram stick out? and check if its working?

Yes, then do the same for the dim slots.
