Ive have recently bought parts to build a new pc, everything worked just fine until I tried to install windows. Evertime i booted from usb or cd i got a BSOD with the error (apci acpi bios error). I followed all the troublshooting lists and tested my components one by one. I think it might be a software issue and tried basicaly everything (updating bios version and so on). If anybody has any ideas pls let me know.

Parts list
Cpu: amd ryzen 5 3600 (not stock cooler)
Gpu msi 1660 gaming super
Motherboard: msi mpg x570 gaming plus
Ram: 2x28gxb corsair vengeance 3200mhz c16
Psu: 650w

Did you manage to figure out what was going wrong with this? I'm having the same issue with my new build and it's driving me crazy!
Yes i managed to figure out what was wrong, you have to change the iommu setting in your bios. In the overclocking tab, if you change this it will boot.
Can you let me know if this ficed it for you to? Thanks

Thanks a million for getting back to me on this. The iommu setting was at auto, I tried it on enabled, and disabled, and am still getting ACPI_BIOS_ERROR unfortunately.
