Yes it's compatible. Why would you buy such a low performance video card?

Will be ok, but you'd be wasting money buying those motherboards as the cpu they require would be crippled using that video card.

Sorry for the inconvenience
I had:
Motherboard Intel DH55HC, i3-530 CPU Socket LGA 1156, 2x2GB DDR3(OCZ3G1333LV4GK) and graphics card Sapphire HD4670 1G DDR3 PCI-E.
The graphics card broke down. It is not possible to repair it.
Now need to buy a motherboard compatible with the other components (CPU, memory and graphics card).
The motherboard still has warranty. The choice of another motherboard is a bit limited.
