Question msi p67a-c43-b3 on windows 10

Hello, recently did clean reinstall from win7 to win10 and several problems occured.

1, Ethernet adapter is not showing up at all.
2, The computer has problem with cpu overclocking , Intel ME driver is present on computer, but ControlCenter says "Please install Intel ME Driver to enable CPU overclock."

MB: p67a-c43-b3
CPU: i5 2500k

Does anyone have any solution?

Looks like you may have to update motherboard to latest BIOS (v5.4): https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/P67AC43_B3#down-bios

Yes, I tried it but without success .. im unable to update it from 1.J.

Then please wait for other helpers to reply because I have no idea why your BIOS won't update.

Me neither, but I tried it for like fourth attempt and bios is updated.. however it didnt help me.


It fixed second problem, but Im still unable to see my ethernet adapter at all.
