MSI R7950 Twin Frozr V2?

In this review the MSI 7950 is quite noisy compared to the other cards.

However I've seen 2 versions of the card popup:
- MSI R7950 Twin Frozr 3GD5 V2/OC
- MSI R7950 Twin Frozr 3GD5/OC

I wonder what the difference is? Both run at 880Mhz, and as far as a I can tell from the pictures they have the same cooler.
I was hoping it was a quiter version, anyone any experience or read anything?

Thanks for your reply, those reviews only seem to be talking about the V1 (?) . I was curious what was changed with V2

I thought V2 generally meant a difference in outputs, like the Sapphire 7850 V2 is the same as the 7850 V1, but with two DVI's instead of one.
