MSI R9 270 Gaming possible fan problem

I just built my first computer several days ago. My GPU temperature is reaching as high as 70C, usually around 68C. However, the fan is only operating at 20%. I have the most recent Catalust 13.12 driver. Is this normal or am I missing something? Thanks for the help

What are the total system specifications? The 70C is normal temperature when gaming the "worry" temperature is 85, 80 or 90C.

No those temperatures are normal don't worry and fan speed will be automatically controlled or you can do that with the tool provided in the driver cd.

If you want to customize your fan speed according to the temperature it's running at with MSI Afterburner. Bear in mind your GPU can run at pretty high temperature (max ~85°C).
