MSI r9 280x FPS drop on Battlefield 4!

i just bought a new MSI r9 280x but my fps in bf4 would always drop, like from 60 to 30+ then it'll go back to 60 again. is it just my card or my psu can't handle my rig?

my righ:

i7 3770k @ 4.0ghz
MSI r9 280x @ 1100, 1.2v
MSI z77a-g45 ThunderBolt
2x4 Gskill RipjawsX 1333 mhz
1 TB WD + 500 gb
CM 620 ThunderM

Doesn't look too tempting anyway... I hope as new drivers came these issues will be fixed.

Normal .Do you use AMD Gaming Evolved Control Center ? Optimize the setting for your choice cos ur Fps seems a bit low . I never see 30 fps and max to 150 in full hd at performance setting

I use the same card @1150 1.18 v
