MSI R9 390 Temp wont get above 45C

Just got an MSI R9 390 And both NZXT CAM software and MSI Afterburner state that my card is not getting above 45C wile playing GTA V...?

PS just updated to WIN 10 on the same day could thet be the prob?

Haha...Well no, But i did buy the Card knowing full-well that it is a Very Hot card....But i did find the Answer... i was not stressing it enough.
Put GTA V from 1080p to 4K Supper-sampling 8X MSAA went from 45C to 55C.
