Motherboard is in the question
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700G (no discrete graphics card)
Here is the list of the things I did to try and diagnose the problem:
-Reseat CPU and cooler (no bent pins, CPU latch closed properly, thermal paste scraped off and reapplied, cooler reseated, kinda)
-Check CPU_PWR (4+4 into 8+4, think it should work)
-Check CPU_FAN (its in)
-Reseat the RAM (took it out completely as well)
None of this helped, so the only thing I can think of is that its a defective CPU, and I hope it's not. help pls
