Hello my computer randomly developed this issue when I went for a restart. I have a few games on my SSD that houses windows, and I was running one of those just before I restarted. Upon restart, I am hit with this
which I moved past once in the two hours I was restarting. When I did see another screen it had an error message but it was gone in an instant and I couldn't see exactly what it was. Otherwise it's that same screen or the regular version of that screen, frozen.
I cannot use either the BIOS or the boot menu, neither key results in any action.
I read here that sometimes a simple reset of ram could fix it, but after trying it, it was unsuccessful. I'm not a computer expert, I had this PC built by a friend who is too far away for me to physically contact.
