MSI z270 CPU pins broken off

I just got my new ram and was ready to boot up for the first time in a while and it wouldn't boot, noticed the mobo CPU led was on so I check to see if all the cables were in correctly and tight enough, they were fine so I tried booting again with the same response, I took the CPU out and noticed that 3 of the pins were missing, what can I do?

Is this a new board?

Those look bent, try looking with a magnifier and try picking them up and putting them into place with a needle or thumbtack
