indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with
this package.

Product: Windows XP Home Edition -- Error 1722. There is a problem with this
Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish
as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action

In addition.

Clean the CD.

If not a CD, but a downloaded program, redownload the setup file. Your
first download may have been corrupt.
