How we de-lock a P4 or future P4.
There surly someone who work for them and know how (raystone)
I know this is cpu section but is much more popular.

As far as I know, <font color=blue>Intel</font color=blue> locks <b>its Multiplier</b> so the only way you can overclock is increasing <b>Front Side Bus</b>.

try writing a nice letter to Intel explaining that you would like a processor that you can overclock.
