So I started playing around with my i5 4690k overclocking paired with my asusz97 plus mobo. I set my CPU to 4.3 and 1.205v. When I start stress testing the thing i get different temps on different temperature monitors. I know this is common but somethings arent adding up. I get 35-40 on idle and when i start intel burn test, according to HWMonitor and RealTemp, my temps instantly rise to 90-100C and drops to 40-50 range once i stop the test. On the other hand SpeedFan's temp goes from 40-60C rising gradually, which imo is more realistic compared to instantly rising and dropping temps. Im not sure which once i should consider looking at. I couldnt even use OCCT to test because it stops immediately saying i reached the 89C limit as soon as i start the darn thing.

Im using a CM seidon 120m for my cooling im not sure if theres anything wrong with what im doing. Im pretty new to all this overclocking thing. Thanks for the help in advance.

Make sure your cooler is installed correctly, and that your pump is running at full speed at all times. Also make sure your cooler's fans are installed correctly, and set with a certain profile. About the temps: use AIDA64 to stress test your system, as many other programs have issues with Haswell.
