Question Multiple different BSODs during Windows 10 USB download process ?

Hello all, I’m really struggling getting to the windows interface that should pop up after windows 10 installation. Basically, I’ve downloaded the proper Windows files (twice) on sundisk 64 gb 3.0 USB drive (tried 2 different ones) in multiple different slots (including in the 3.0 usb supported slot in the case, as well as the 2.0 motherboard ones). In the BIOS, the drives are registered, and I’ve tried most load orders. I’ve gotten multiple different BSOD errors, however the most common is either the text only partially showing up (if any) or getting a kernel security error response. Any help would be incredibly and greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Where did you source the installer for the OS?

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Sourced from the creation tool kit thing from Microsoft. My specs are pretty odd as I got it prebuilt (but asked for it not to be built) so most might be second hand…
CPU: intel core i7-9700 3.0GHZ
Motherboard: (G1.1G, 2018/06/08 is BIOS version and date), GALAX H310M-A
Ram: 2 of the SAMSUNG 16 GB DDR4 2Rx8 PC4-2400T
SSD: BESTOSS S201 1
HDD: Seagate ST1000DM003-1C
GPU: GEFORCE RTX 3080 AERO 10G (2 fans)
PSU: GameMax rampage 800 W (age: second hand, not sure)
Monitor: viewSonic xg2431

You're relying on a second hand subpar PSU to power your entire rig with an RTX3080 in it? Not a good idea. You might want to remove the discrete GPU from your build and power off using the iGPU alone. See if that helps. If you make a lot more progress without the discrete GPU, your PSU is incapable of powering the build with a power hungry GPU.

Unfortunately, the motherboard doesn’t have any cables that support the monitor (only have the DisplayPort cable that can go in the GPU) should I get a different PSU?
