Multiple Networks one router

Hi there, at one point I had two networks set up with my router. I have since removed one to go back to one. I disabled and deleted one of the networks. However, one of the computers automatically connects to it, and I can't access the other computers from it. The other network doesn't even show up in the options. Both computers are hard lined into the router. I can access the internet with both. I can't file share, but I can access the printer with both computers. I have a D-Link DIR 890L router Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it? Thanks

What do you call "a network"? Is this "WiFi network", or Windows workgroup / domain, or IP network?

Like Alabalcho said, is this a wifi network or ip network? You could have deleted the settings for one and not the other.
