Question Musetex G06 case: remote not working ?

So I just installed new mobo (asrock steel legend z690) into my new Musetex case and i cant seem to get the remote it came with to work. It worked one time right when i first booted up pc to turn off the led's and then back on and hasnt worked since. Any ideas on what might solve the issue? Ask whatever questions you may have. all help welcome

It seems a custom chassis thing. From personal experience I can tell you that 1/3 of everything chassis related like usb, fan control or lighting breaks almost instantly or doesnt work at all. In your case we have an example of new motherboard not liking the chassy and viversa. I'd just drop it or if it's important to you then look for the setting in BIOS or system.
Aletrnatively if there are any drivers involved, wipe and reinstal them.
