So I recently bought a GTX 1660 Ti and after watching a bunch of benchmark videos and reading about it, it seemed like a very solid upgrade from my previous card (1050 Ti). But Immediately I noticed a few issues with the 1660 Ti; After installing the drivers I opened up COD WW2 and turned up the settings to ultra and from the videos I watched this card runs this game 100+ FPS no issue with ultra settings. Yet I ran the games FPS at high 40s to mid to high 50s. I restarted my PC a couple of times and tried other games yet none of them ran as I expected them to. (And yes Ive checked if the GPU was fake) Very confused because I was expecting a lot more. Is there anything I should try?
FPS Avrgs:
Battlefield 1 - 48 (Ultra)
Call Of Duty BO3 - 59 (Ultra)
PUBG - 50-55 (Medium)
As I do have an ANCIENT CPU I have checked for bottlenecking but the CPU runs at 60-70%.
SPECS:
GPU - GeForce GTX 1660ti
CPU - AMD FX-8320E Eight-Core
RAM - 16.0 GB
OS - Windows 10
Would really appreciate any help guys! Thank you
