If you have the money, keep the 16 Gb of RAM, and regarding GPU`s, depending on your budget go for these (from strong to stronger): R9 290 -> GTX 780 -> R9 290x -> GTX 780ti -> R9 295x

But the biggest issue here is this: WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THAT WINDOWS???
Go for Windows 7, or 8, or 8.1, whichever you like, but 64 bits, not 32.

Other than that, it will be a beast PC! Have fun with it!
Playing Games on Ultra + I need something i can use for multi tasking. me n my brother both will be using the comp for personal, school , work. so our computer is normally running 7 days a week with out even turning off or restarting. we have a dell i3 or i5 @ 3Ghz n it just doesn't keep up. that comp is about 2 years old from best buy ( lol i know its not ment for heavy use ). even if i use the dell for 25% of what i need to do... the programs start crashing in 3-4 mins. He does Audio n music videos. i do a lil programming using VM's.

can any one help?? i have less then 24HRs to order my parts!!!!

You dont need 16GB RAM for gaming. Get 2*1TB HDD, one for you and ur brother.

depending in how much. video and audio work your brother does i wouldnt downgrade the memory as someone suggested. 8 gig is great for gaming and what not, but you will need more for post processing and rendering etc....
