My 1st PC Build :( - No display signals & VGA_LED is red!

I really wanted to build a gaming PC, and before I knew it, I'd invested $2000AUD of my hard-earned savings and locked myself in my room until completion. I turned it on for the first time in anticipation, but... No VGA signal!

The VGA monitor cable is securely plugged in, but it's not receiving a signal.. Also the red VGA_LED lights up and stays lit.. 🙁 I'm so upset... Everything went smoothly when building it too! All fans and aesthetic LED's are working and the power LED is fine. What should I try? (Keep in mind I'm a beginner!)

Build:

MOBO: ASUS P8Z77-V PRO

Power Supply: SilverStone Strider PLUS 750W (80+ Silver)
CPU: Intel i5 3570k
GPU: GALAXY GTX660Ti 3GB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 16GB (2x8GB)

Did you made sure to plug every necessary connectors correctly (EPS 8 pin, motherboard 24 pin, 6/8 pcie)?

Can you try a different cable for the monitor (DVI/HDMI or a different VGA)?

Yes, all 3 vital plugs are in.

I don't have a HDMI cable, but yes I've tried DVI/VGA (both on board!)

I've made some progress with this! I've found out it's the graphics card doing the damage! Gonna double check everything is plugged in VERY securely! Thanks for the link!
