Goodnight everyone. I have a Samsung LU32J590UQ monitor which has a 4K UHD 3840 X 2160 resolution, VA panel. The monitor has
  • HDMI 1.4
  • HDMI 2.0 (4k 60Hz)
  • Display Port
179966-1200-auto

And my laptop is an ASUS TUF GAMING FX504 Series, with two GPUs: Intel UHD Graphics 630 & NVIDIA GeForce GTX1050 4GB.

It has ports:
USB 3.0 Type A,
USB 2.0
HDMI 1.4a

My monitor currently only works at 30Hz which is unpleasant to look at. Given the characteristics described, is there an adapter that allows me to use my 4K 32'' monitor at 60Hz?
I will be very grateful to read your recommendations and comments.

You will have to use your USB3 adapter to be able to run the monitor at 60Hz from your laptop. HDMI 1.4a can only do 4k @ 30Hz.
