I am building a semi low budget system, 800 bucks was my budget.
I plan on upgrading this system in a few months with, a second 7850 in crossfire, a core i7, and maxing out the mem at 34GB, but for now this is what I have ordered for the base system. Hoping it plays newer games as is for now.

RAM Wise you could get 1600 for cheaper, thus getting more of it. There's not much purpose for 1866 coupled with an i3.
On your PSU, is it possible you could get a lower wattage, higher quality one?

For around the same price, ± a couple dollars here and there, but you should get a Intel i3 3220 instead. It's newer and a bit faster, more efficient. Then you can later upgrade it to a 3570k and overclock it. How much are you getting that power supply for? There are much better options because Cooler Master tends to make crap PSUs, that is why they are often referred to as Crap Master. Get the Corsair TX series 650W PSU, it is WAY better and cheaper, order quick! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020

You don't need 1866 ram, 1600 is fine. That should save you some money. As for the SSD agility 3 is a bit old. With the money saved you should be able to afford the new Samsung 840 Pro, this thing is UNTOUCHABLE. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147188
