Question My Acer 144Hz monitor only works through the DVI port ?

I recently purchased a PS5 (I know, PC master race) as my PC is getting old and doesn’t run games well.
I've had my Acer GN276HL 144Hz monitor for about two years but when I connect it to the PS5 it only runs at 60hz. I purchased many HDMI to DVI adapters but none of them work. Apparently I need a HDMI 2.1 to DVI adapter but those don’t exist. If anyone has a solution to this, thank you very much.

Your monitor uses DVI-D dual link and there are no HDMI adapters for this type of connection.

edit: you could do HDMI to DP active into active DP to DVI-D dual link, but you'd be spending so much on adapters you should just buy a new screen.

I have tried looking for this all over google, I live in the united kingdom, is it possible that this is not available here?

You would be spending minimum of around £130 between the two active adapters...
