My AMD Display drive continues to crash....also says Internet Explorer has stopped? I do not know how to uninstall and reinst

Continue to have AMD Display Driver crashing on me. I have never had this problem before. Is there a step by step guide as to how to uninstall and reinstall the driver? I am not a computer person. Do I need to take my lap top in to a repair place.

right click computer
click manage (If a uac window pops up press yes)
click device manager
clcik display
right click display device
click properties
click driver tab
click roll back driver
