I recently brought an Asus Gl503ge With i7 8th gen 8750H ,16 gigs of Ram , gtx 1050 ti. During the inital days when i used to game i used to get an fps on most games around 60, after a while when i tried the same games the fps dropped to 20 or 15 and keeps running constantly at 20 fps no matter what i do.I tried switching the gpu via nVidia settings to Gtx 1050ti and even then its still the same .I tried almost all possible steps like trying Gpu z and Gpu tweak 2 and nothing helped .Also i noticed that in Gpu z on the info tab the gpu is shown as Intel uhd 620 something instead of gtx 1050 ti .Did i get a damaged product or something happend to the gpu inside. Also when i used to game earlier it used to get moderately warm around the vents and would hear loud fan noises and temps were fine. And now it stays cool like the gpu isnt even working or idk .Is there a solution to this or should i go for a replacement .Please anyone who has a knowledge about this reply.

Could be some Windows update broke the dual video support. It happens with Win 10 quite a bit. Seems Win 10 cares about Win 10 and not so much the hardware it's running on.

Go over the video options, make sure it's set to high performance, and try setting the default video card to be used to the 1050 card. You may need to start clean and delete the nVidia drivers and install them clean from the Asus support site.
