Hi,

My motherboard has a problem that i don't understand. It was working perfectly until i woke up, try to turn on my computer but everything boots without image.
it stays like that forever and i can't even turn the pc off after that.
All the ports of my motherboard are off or not working, i mean that when i plugg my mouse or keyboard in there is no lights at all.

I decide to take off everything on the motherboard and putting everything back but no succes. I checked if all the components were inserted correctly, double checked every cable and every part of the motherboard.

My specs :

-AMD Ryzen 5 3600 AM4 CPU.
-16GB RAM DDR4 HyperX
-NVIDIA RTX 2060 6GB GIGABYTE
-Power Supply : Corsair CX 550

I checked my power supply and my rtx 2060 in a other old motherboard it works fine.

Please help i appreciate it thanks 👍

Solution
Clear CMOS using these steps:
Unplug the PC (PSU).
Then press the Power Button for at least 30 seconds.
Use a flat headed screwdriver to short the CLR CMOS (CLRTC) Jumper (Touch both jumper pins with the screwdriver) for at least 15 seconds.
Plug the PC back in.
Press the Power Button to turn the PC on.
Repeatedly tap the DEL key
A screen should come up telling you to press the F1 key, do that.
Set the Optimized Default settings and Press OK (this is on the EXIT tab)
Save and exit the BIOS.
Tap the DEL key again to enter the BIOS and change any settings you want changed then save and exit again.

This is a flat headed screw driver:

You need to touch Both pins marked CLRTC on the MB at the same time (to short them).
See page 1-2 in the manual for a picture of the CLRTC jumper location:

I will try this when i have some free time hopefully and keep you updated, but do you know the reason why it"s doing this ? Anyway thank you
