Question My audio drive is not working properly

After upgrading my laptop from Windows 8.1 pro to windows 10 , I can barely hear audio from its speakers . . What can I do to restore the sound quality of my pc?

look at speaker volume levels or buy an external set of speakers.

Speaker volume levels are 100%
And about that external speaker - I really don't think it's a hardare problem
