My baterry is not getting charge by my charger and gets by another charge whats is the problem please anyone let me know

the problem is that it does not charge, it shows plugged in, not charging..... what should i do with it . and it is charged by another adapter

Sounds obvious from that short description. Your charger either isn't working, the cable(s) is bad, or isn't plugged into a working outlet.
