How can I delete single files on my clickfree external hard-drive?

How can I delete single files on my clickfree external hard-drive?

Does this drive appear in File Explorer?
Can you just doubleclick it and open as a regular drive?

It does appear in file explorer but it does not open like a regular drive, just gives me the option to run clickfree drive
