[SOLVED] My computer boots but my motherboard's RGB won't turn on.

My motherboard is the ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING. The rgb on the top left of the motherboard is not turning on even though it is functioning perfectly fine. In the BIOS settings, I have the rgb turned on when the computer is on and when the computer is in sleep mode, still the rgb will not turn on. What should I do in order to fix this?

Try downloading the asus aura sync app. sometimes the rgb will not work until it has the dedicated software.

Hey scoutsam22 I have already downloaded aurasync and the motherboard rgb is not detected even on the app. Any other solutions?

Your not the first to have that problem.

The cable connecting the RGB LED PCB in the shroud to the MB may be loose or damaged. You can either check it yourself, or RMA the board.

Removed the shroud and reseat the cable snugly on both sides.
