I agree with AMD Radeon. You could probably go cheaper on things like your SSD and mobo and beef up your graphics card.

Mobo has like 12 phases which can still help you overclock your GPU if you ever change your mind. I think you should devote the extra $30-$40 for the 4770k so you can overclock that too. The noctua fan should be extremely silent. Do you have a data hard drive? 780 TI would be an overkill if you're only playing on 1 1920x1080 monitor. If you want to pay the money for around 10 fps increase then get the 780TI. I don't advise it.
