My computer can handle pubg on ultra but no matter what it doesn't look as nice as when I watch others playing, what's wrong?

I have a great CPU (ryzen) and a 1060 nvidia which I can set everything on ultra and the game can sustain 100 FPS so FPS isn't what I'm trying to get. I have a good monitor, an ASUS 144HZ 3D monitor, but when I watch others stream on VERY LOW the game's textures just look BETTER. I don't know what's wrong. I don't get bumps in my FPS. I've looked at a ton of tutorials. Edited my files, reinstalled the game, optimized my geforce settings, everything I find, but its like textures are very choppy and I can't figure out why.

Any advice would be helpful.

Any personal settings as well.

FPS drops do not exist, my game seems to optimize its FPS depending on what I set the game to within seconds thanks to my ryzen so I have no idea why it looks weird.

I play on low too but when I watch my friends who also play on low the game just looks BETTER. Its like I can't see people because the textures are so bad that the grass and the people might as well be on in the same but if i watch a stream of my friends playing it on a worse graphic setting it seems much clearer.

I've tried 3 different monitors, a Samsung gaming monitor, my Asus 144hz monitor, and a Samsung 32inch monitor. Maybe its my settings on it.

What monitor settings do you recommend?

i play pubg on a fx 6300, 8gb 1666 ram and rx 580 (upgrading soon to my new build), i use everything on low (except for view distance on ultra). with this config, i play with 40-50 FPS and rarely drops. the game looks pretty nice and i can play verywell. just wait for it to get optimized, it wont do you any better freaking about this.

well, one time my monitor got all messed up while i was playing pubg and the game got really ugly, you could try changing the monitor settings, its worth a try
