Question My computer doesn't stop crashing, and i have no clue on how to fix it. Please Help

So i recently have built a computer core i7-10 something, rtx 2070, 32gb ram, Windoes 10 pro, etc. It takes roughly 1-2 hours for the computer to crash and when it does it doesn't show the blue screen. I've never experienced this in my life (I've built 4-5 computers for me and a couple of friends). Is there some way to fix this or some part to replace?

What motherboard? Latest chipset driver? Latest BIOS? PSU make/model?

The Motherboard is

MSI MPG Z490 GAMING PLUS ATX LGA1200 Motherboard

And the PSU is

Corsair RM (2019) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

I believe i have updated the drivers, but maybe not the latest? not sure, am willing to uninstall them then re-installing them
