Question My computer doesn't work after BIOS and RAM reset ?

I removed my gpu, and the screen didnt show video, so i did a Bios reset, And a ram reset because Bios didnt work. Now the pc only start for 10-20 seconds, and still no video ?

I took out the battery, waited 10 seconds, and put it back
