Question My computer fans keep turning on and off, and when i Connect via a HDMI cable, it do not show on display

As mentioned in the title, my computer fans keep turning on and off. The argb lights works fine, and the fans start Rolling when i press the ‘on’ button. But Then the fans kind of turn off and on again, and there is No HDMI2 signal. My monitor is working and power is on, but it still doesent work. LET IT BE NOTED, that i have a tiny bit of thermal paste on the cpu pins, and it is hard to tell, but Maybe there is a single pin that is broken! Does that do anything? Because the pc power turns on regardless, it just does not show display…

if one pin is broken, it's likely your motherboard is not working
did you connect the monitor to the gpu and not the motherboard?
did you plug in power to the GPU?
what hardware are you using?
did it work before?

i did everything you just mentioned!

I use:
Asrock H610M-HDV/M.2 motherboard
AMD Radeon 7800XT 16gb vram Gpu
Intel i5-12400F cpu
Anything else?

And yes, it worked before
