THIS HAS BEEN SOLVED, I JUST USED MY OEM DISK UNDER SAFE BOOT TO FIX MY RESET AND ALLOW MYSELF TO RESET WINDOWS. THERE ARE MANY MORE SOLUTIONS DOWN BELOW THAN MAY HELP YOU SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM! HAVE A GOOD DAY :):):)

Until recently, my system was doing fine. When I first take it out of sleep, the first thing I notice is AVG pops up with the printer.dll thingy, and 10 pages of random jibberish (apparently from Clownfish) shows up with random .dll files from lots of other, different programs. Then, I decide to do a restart. It took a good 6 minutes, MUCH LONGER than usual. Then, (ive been getting this lately) some screen reader launched. When i type my password, it doesnt seem to work. Then I do a shut down, then boot it back up. Then I change the password on another computer. I try logging in (while it had internet), and would take a good 20 minutes before it said thats the wrong password, WAAAAAY longer than usual. Then I use the old password, and it works.

Then the sound service seems to be not working (that happened when I first got this computer, and a windows update fixed this). So then, I decide to go into the windows update. Nothing happens. I go to admin cmd and type in sfc /scannow. Nothing happens. I go into windows firewall. Nothing happens. And then, I decide to go to control panel. Blank white window. (Take note before I restarted, I did change the iP address from static to normal, dynamic.)

Then, I go to AVG. Seems the firewall is stopped. I click "fix it", and nothing happens. Then, it says I should reset it. That does nothing. Then I uninstall it, and try everything else in the second paragraph. Then, I install BitDefender. When it installed, I tried opening it, and nothing happened. So, I open Malwarebytes and start doing a full scan. It skips half of the steps, then does the other half, and says its good.

How do i fix? I have lots of important items that I can't loose. I tried going into safe mode. I have tried troubleshooting too. I've uninstalled clownfish. Before all this, I've been experiencing weird issues where file explorer would take 80% CPU. How do I fix all these weird files? (BTW this is a custom PC, and from time to time, get blue screened). Also, Razer Synapse doesnt work either 🙁
Also seems that my Google Chrome addons got deleted too.

Also, had to cut the power. Shutting off the PC takes as long as restart. Resetting shows msg on safe boot "Files missing". I try using the recovery media creator, and that doesn't work. It says "Sorry, but the download couldn't complete successfully." Now, I don't think the OEM disk counts, so I guess I'll go to my dad's office, hoping they have a windows 8.1 PC, and then use the recovery media.exe and see if that works. Is there any other way I can make recovery media, preferably Mac???

Ok, I guess I'll try using the SFC Scannow command again in safe boot. I found the Windows 8.1 full version dvd, but its only for installing windows on a custom, brand new PC. If not, then I'll just have to make recovery media on an another PC that has windows 8.1 (which may actually not be that easy). My safest bet is my dad's office, but I believe the majority use Windows 7.

So, pretty much resetting only worked under safe boot. And in safe boot, it asks for missing files, via installation disk. I decide to take my OEM disk for a spin. It works, and it tells me everything, and starts resetting. So now everything is fixed. And wow did that backup take a few hours, especially since I had to reformat my 1TB flash drive to NTFS, and change the cluster size to 64k otherwise it was dead slow. Thank you all for your suggestions. I'm much more careful now!
