My Computer Is Killing me with these connections!

Okay. So. I've tried every forum and I have no idea what's going on. I'll give ya'll a run-down. I've tried EVERYTHING, new user. re-downloading games , reseting ips, flushing my dns, trying out dmz

ran a few tests, says no ports are open, tried opening all my port options on BT, wont work. I can play certain games and other's it wont recognize IPs to go online or wont connect to their servers.

I've literally tried EVERYTHING, turning off the firewall everything. The other PC's in my house can connect to the game servers but for some reason, overnight after BT shutting down their internet or either me plugging in my other monitor (which threw my PC into updates) has corrupted my PC in some form. As I literally cant play half of my games. It's making me pull my hair out for nothing and I have no idea what else to do. I want to stay away from losing all my stuff from system restores and reinstalling windows.

Can you ping the servers? Tried changing the group policy to something else? Or creating a new group policy?

I honestly have no idea what NetSH is though.

I set up a VPN and I can connect to everything but it's quite crap. I dont understand why my other computer's can connect to games, dont think my ISP (BT) will let me change my IP
