Hi, First off can I point out that you have loaded a screen shot from the "Devices and Printers" not the Device Manager. Please go to you Computer - click System Properties at the top and then click Device Manager, you should be given a Forest List (Lots of Drop Downs with + Symbols) Click under Mice and Click under Keyboards, if you could load a screen shot of that it should provide the information.

In the mean time, have you confirmed that you have the correct Drivers installed for both devices.

Mice and Keyboards will often work by just plugging them into the USB, however the Drivers allow for the extra features you get with the Aftermarket Hardware.

While in the Device Manager, Locate both the mouse and the Keyboard, right click and select Update Driver Software for each. failing this it might be worth Uninstalling both devices and re-installing them.

Could you also supply some details of your system, such as Which OS you are using (Windows 7/8 or 10)

Cheers, hopefully we can figure it out ;)
