I start this thread by a sorry, because i don't know if I used the proper subject for my question, but I just made this account because I really need to fix this issue...
So I built a computer myself in May 2020, it was a fun way to avoid thinking about the quarantine and all.
Here are his specs according to the website UserBenchmark back then:
CPU: Intel Core i5-9600KF - 95.1%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660-Ti - 72.8%
HDD: Spcc Solid State Disk 256GB - 244.1%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB (2016) - 102.4%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 4x8GB - 76.4%
MBD: Gigabyte Z390 AORUS MASTER
The problem starts about a week after I build my computer, but being too naive, I just didn't care . I figured out about a month later that it occurred more often when it was open for a long period of time (2-3hours) and restarting my pc would basically reset it and make it work correctly for another few hours.
The "when" of the problem is setted, but what exactly is it?
Basically, when I start gaming, for example League of Legends (the only game I play that shows fps without any plug-ins) I am around 144 fps (I capped it, but when it's uncapped, it doesn't change anything). After few hours, my game basically freezes for a second, and i drop from 144 fps to 1 fps, which is why I say it basically freezes. It happened at first only while playing game, but it eventually became an automatism for me to just restart my computer to fix the issue.
Today, it went longer then ever. Usually it's only a few seconds, today it was for about a minute or so, and it made me kinda panic, so here I am.
If you have any clues, or need more information, I'll be here, waiting, thank you in advance for replying!
P.S. : Ever since I upgraded to Windows 11, I hear booping noises when this lag happens (from my headset, not the desktop itself)
UPDATE : I just ran a new UserBenchmarck test, and the results are on this link (I dont know why my SSD is detected as an HDD either) :
